This Rainbow Bobbles Cushion is a crochet cushion pattern that is perfect for using up your yarn leftovers.

This rainbow cushion could be a great handmade gift for kids!!! As we all know, kids love Colourful pieces.

When designing this Rainbow Bobbles Cushion Pattern, I was inspired by the mitered granny square, but i worked it in a different way.

The stitches used in this crochet cushion pattern are:- single crochet & bobble stitch.

Yarn

• Alize cotton baby soft, sport weight #2 yarn (50% cotton, 50% acrylic; 295 yds/270 m per 3.53 oz/100 g skein)

• Colors used ( White, Red, Yellow, Brown, Blue, Beige, & Tan)

Hook & other materials

• US size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook

• Yarn needle

• Stuffing

• Stitch marker

Advanced beginners/ Intermediate

Sizes/Finished measurements

Width: 9.5”

Length: 9.5”

Gauge

23 sts by 26 rows = 4” ( sc)

Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Get Pattern

Note

• Beginning ch-1 does NOT count as a stitch.

• Bobble stitch is worked in the WS.

• Pattern is worked in one long panel and then folded and the three sides were seamed.

• The colors are indicated as follow: White as (W), Blue as (A), Red as (B), Brown as (C), Tan as (D), Beige as (E), & Yellow as (F)

• Pattern is worked from bottom up.

Special Stitch

• Bobble stitch = [yo, insert hook into the st & pull up a loop, yo & pull through 2 loops on hook] 6 times. So you'll have 8 loops on hook, yo & pull through all 8 loops on hook. So you'll have 1 loop on hook, then yo & pull through 1 loop , to fasten the bobble st.
